Are you a practical, reliable AV Engineer looking for a varied role? Our client is seeking a hands-on engineer to support both field-based work and workshop operations, repairing and maintaining a range of audio-visual equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service a variety of AV equipment (projectors, screens, amplifiers, etc.)
• Carry out repairs on-site at customer locations and within the workshop
• Handle equipment that may be heavy or awkwardly shaped
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and service activities
• Assist in the workshop or warehouse during quieter periods

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in AV equipment repair (essential)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence (field work required)
• Physically fit – role involves heavy lifting and handling large or awkward items
• Proactive, customer-focused approach
• Printer repair knowledge (desirable but not essential
