The Role As Deputy Care Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards of care, supporting compliance, and leading Care Professionals to deliver person-centred services. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Registered Manager with daily operations Helping maintain Outstanding CQC standards and compliance Supporting client assessments, care planning and reviews Supervising, mentoring and supporting Care Professionals Carrying out supervisions, spot checks and competency observations Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training Assisting with scheduling to ensure all care calls are covered Managing safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints Maintaining accurate records on the care management system Building strong relationships with clients, families and professionals About You Essential Experience in domiciliary care in a senior, supervisory or deputy role Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards Confident leade
