Senior Sales Operations ExecutiveCantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Operations Executive for our client based in Ascot, Berkshire. The role is office based working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm. Competitive salary and benefits.Senior Sales Operations Executive Key Responsibilities:Ownership of the sales CRM system, ensuring the organisation is leveraging data to increase sales activities, analytics, presentations and reports.Create departmental reports as required by management to include but not limited to, the creation and checking of month end reports and pricelist updates, end user number tracking, reseller sales reports, CRM system completeness monthly reports etc.Act as the CRM administrator across the Company, managing and coordinating change requests and updates as needed.Collecting, organising, and presenting sales data and metrics to the sales teamAssist in the preparation of sales presentations and reports for both internal and external meetings when required.Support the sales team creation of key sales quotations, proposals, and agreements based on customer requirementsEnsure timely processing of orders and resolve any order or delivery issues in coordination with business support.Support the Sales Manager in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements and when required coordinate actions/activities on behalf of the Sales Manager during absents.Responsible for the maintenance of the pricing database and price lists.App
