Residential Workers - Middlesbrough Children''s ServicesPermanent 27,254 - 28,142 (higher rate upon completion of QCF Level 4) What You''ll Do:Deliver nurturing, trauma-informed care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of children and familiesSupport children with challenging behaviour, emotional difficulties, and additional needsWork flexibly across homes and in the community, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shiftsMaintain and update care plans, attend reviews, and supervise family contactAdminister medication (training provided) and act as Key Worker when requiredEssential Requirements:Proven experience working within the PRICE framework (Protecting Rights in a Caring Environment)Commitment to trauma-informed care and safeguarding practicesAbility to build trusting relationships and support emotional wellbeingWillingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekendsNVQ Level 3/QCF Diploma in Children and Young People (or willingness to work towards)Why Join Us:Permanent role with salary progression upon QCF Level 4 completionSupportive team culture and professional development opportunitiesMake a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and familiesHelp us build brighter futures.
