Sales Development Representative

Role Summary: We are looking to welcome a confident and results-driven Sales Development Representative to our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and fast-growing business in a key client-facing role. The initial contract will be for three months, with the possibility of extension and progression to a permanent role. You will engage in a variety of client campaigns, focusing on lead generation, appointment setting, and gathering business intelligence. Your role will involve speaking directly with decision-makers, qualifying leads, and recording detailed and accurate notes in our systems. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound B2B calls to prospects on behalf of various clients Set fully qualified appointments and collect relevant business intelligence Record call outcomes and notes clearly and accurately Adapt communication style to suit a variety of industries and clients Ensure every call meets our quality standards and reflects our values Work effectively independently and as part of a remote or office-based team Required Skills and Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound B2B calling is preferred Excellent verbal communication skills and phone manner Confident, professional, and able to quickly build rapport Highly organised with strong attention to detail Results-driven with a proactive, ''can-do'' attitude Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly Flexible and adaptable to support a
