Close management of Manufacturing Labour spend, including weekly reporting.Provide insight and support on Manufacturing Waste figures.Providing insight and challenge into the periodic performance of Manufacturing Overheads spend vs budget/forecast (Factory and Central).Preparation of accurate budgets and forecasts, highlighting risks, opportunities. Mitigating financial risk and exploit opportunities.Support and Stakeholder key business partners in the management of their budgetsDriving continuous improvement in relation to the accuracy and efficiency of processesDevelopment of financial tools to aid decision making and insightCost modelling of plant capacity to align with changing sales patterns/changing plant performance using our Integrated Business Planning process (IBP process governs how we manage differences between supply and demand of our products).The Ingredients (What we need from you)
