Senior Business Partner
to drive organisational effectiveness and partner with senior leaders to deliver outstanding commercial results. This role blends strategic HR expertise with hands-on delivery across organisation design, talent development, and leadership coaching.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:Translate business strategy, culture, and challenges into impactful people solutions.Lead organisation design initiatives, partnering with divisional leadership to optimise structures and improve performance.Oversee workforce planning, considering current and future needs, organisational structures, and workforce composition.Deliver organisational change and restructuring projects as required.Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from senior executives to managers, collaborating closely with specialist Centres of Excellence.Act as a talent ambassador by driving succession planning, nurturing high-potential talent, and participating in key hiring decisions.Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders on organisational health, employee engagement, and wellbeing.Present people metrics and data to demonstrate progress across headcount, talent acquisition, talent management, and employee relations.Lead the implementation of people strategies aligned to business goals, covering areas such as learning and development, performance management, reward, recognition, and culture.Manage complex employee relations cases and oversee restructures in compliance with local legislation.Identify and deliver leadership development and team-building initiatives.About YouThis role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record of HR business partnering in fast-paced, highly commercial environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:Credibility as a trusted advisor with the ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders.A customer-first mindset, always placing consumer needs at the heart of decision-making.Proven ability to lead change programmes and navigate ambiguity with confidence and integrity.Strong commercial awareness, balancing business priorities with people implications.Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.Expertise in HR best practice, including talent management and organisational development.Natural collaboration skills, working seamlessly across teams to achieve shared goals.Experience and QualificationsSignificant HR Business Partner experience in a fast-moving, complex organisation.Background in working within a Centre of Excellence model.Strong expertise in talent management and organisational change.Experience in fluid, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.Familiarity with Korean or Japanese business cultures is advantageous.This is a unique opportunity to shape organisational success by combining strategic insight with practical delivery.
