Corporate Governance and Stewardship Senior Manager - Location: Birmingham. Salary: £92,071.60 (non-negotiable). Contract: Permanent, Full-time.Role: We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead policy initiatives in governance and stewardship in the UK.Responsibilities

Leading policy development and cross-organisational strategic initiativesOverseeing annual reviews of governance and stewardship reportingEnsuring proportionate and fair assessments of Stewardship Code applicationsRepresenting the organisation with government, regulators, and industry bodiesSupporting and developing junior colleagues through strong leadershipQualifications

Extensive experience in governance, stewardship, or regulatory policyAbility to influence senior stakeholdersConfident communicator, skilled in translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendationsPossible experience/background might include Asset Management, Investment, Investor, Company SecretaryRole looks at all aspects of corporate governance including Risk, Diversity, Leadership, InvestmentBenefits
