Care Home Administration Manager
OverviewAdmin Manager – Ashlynn Grange Care Home, Peterborough, PE3 9UZ
Up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience | 37.5 hours per week (5 days, including alternate weekends)
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop our admin team, ensuring excellent service and smooth day-to-day running of the home.
Oversee admissions, payroll and HR processes with accuracy and care.
Keep records and systems up to date, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Partner with the General Manager and central support teams on recruitment, resourcing, and workforce planning.
Provide a welcoming, professional first point of contact for residents, families and colleagues.
About You / Qualifications
Experienced in administration, ideally with a background in care, health, or hospitality.
Confident managing and developing a small team.
Skilled with Microsoft Office and comfortable using systems to keep accurate records.
Highly organised, detail-focused and approachable, with a positive attitude.
