We are recruiting for a specialist Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 contractor for a scheme in Devon. The project is a long term redevelopment of an existing prison facility with both elements of new build and refurbishment works alongside complex mande packages and groundworks and civil engineering works. You will be part of the wider commercial team and help deliver the scheme by managing the MandE packages and you will have full responsibility for payments, valuations, variations, remeasures, CVR assessments and will help contribute to the weekly briefings on site and fortnightly progress meetings. They are fully expecting this delivery model to evolve and develop into a process they can use on every major or complex scheme moving forward so you will be able to have a huge impact on how the business develops.
