We''re now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team taking commercial lead on a project in Darlington, where you''ll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of the Pollam Hall School project - a high-profile scheme that will leave a lasting legacy. Your role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll take commercial oversight on this exciting project, managing cost and risk while ensuring value for money and contractual compliance. You''ll be involved from early-stage feasibility through to final account, working closely with internal teams, clients, and supply chain partners.
