We are seeking flexible and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our dedicated team inandnbsp;Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with young children and eager to gain valuable experience in a supportive nursery environment.

About the Role:

• Support the delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development
• Supervise and interact with children, prioritising their safety, care, and well-being
• Assist Lead Educators in fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment
• Contribute to daily routines, including mealtimes, rest periods, and personal care
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding childrenandrsquo;s progress and welfare
• Ensure the nursery environment remains clean, organised, and well-maintained

The ideal candidate will:

• Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar early years setting (desirable)
• Warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to supporting childrenandrsquo;s development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt effectively to different situations
• CACHE Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification (desirable)
