We re looking for a Supply Chain and Procurement Manager to take the lead on purchasing and logistics operations across a busy healthcare setting. About the candidate You ll have solid experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally gained within healthcare or a similar environment. You ll bring strong negotiation skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both clinical and non-clinical teams. Salary: From £50,000 (DOE)Hours: 40 hours per weekLocation: Eastleigh What you ll do Develop and deliver procurement strategies that support operational and clinical priorities Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers to achieve the best value without compromising on quality Oversee stock control, forecasting, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations Lead on contract negotiation and compliance with relevant UK procurement regulations Manage the full purchasing process, from requisitions and orders through to invoicing and reporting Support internal teams by identifying supply needs and responding quickly to changing demands Monitor supplier performance and lead on audits and risk assessments Use procurement and stock management
