Reporting to the EMEA Head of Monitoring and Surveillance, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation''s Monitoring and Surveillance leadership and execution teams. This position is crucial in ensuring effective compliance and in safeguarding the organisation against regulatory risks.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Management: Assist in harmonising the Monitoring and Surveillance frameworks across EMEA, contributing to the development of the regional strategy. Review policies and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Stay updated on regulatory developments to ensure practises remain compliant.Monitoring Execution and Coordination: Support the leadership team with strategic initiatives, perform quality assurance reviews on outputs, execute monitoring reviews, and coordinate team meetings to ensure timely completion of management information and KPIs.Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders across the three lines
