Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and support AV and conferencing systems for meetings, events, and presentations Deliver live, white-glove technical support during executive and client sessions Ensure all AV spaces and systems are maintained, tested, and fully operational daily Support hybrid and in-person meetings across platforms including Zoom and Microsoft Teams Troubleshoot and maintain AV hardware such as displays, microphones, DSPs, and control systems (Crestron, Extron, Polycom, Q-SYS) Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and Events teams to plan and deliver corporate events Assist with AV installations, upgrades, and integrations in partnership with engineering teams and vendors Maintain accurate AV documentation including room layouts, equipment inventories, and system diagrams Provide user guidance and training on AV systems and conferencing technologies Offer flexible
