Part Time - Accounts Assistant - 16 hours per week Huntress are working with an established global business who are looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant. This role involves managing day-to-day transactions and assisting with month-end processes, Key ResponsibilitiesProcess purchase invoices, expenses, and intercompany transactions in XeroManage sales and purchase ledgers and chase outstanding paymentsReconcile bank accounts and transactionsPrepare payment runs (BACS, international, payroll)Support month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliationsAssist with cost of sales, stock, and royalty calculationsPrepare reports, forecasts, and variance analysisSupport VAT returns, audits, and statutory accountsAbout YouStrong attention to detail and accuracyWell organised with good time managementConfident communicator, able to handle queriesAAT qualified (or equivalent experience) Desirable:Experience with Xero or similar systemsKnowledge of foreign currencies and/or stock managementIn Return you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package.
