Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting and financial operationsPrepare management accounts and financial reportsLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningAnalyse performance and identify opportunities for improvementOversee AP/AR, payroll interfaces, and expensesComplete month-end and year-end close processesEnsure compliance with tax and statutory requirementsStrengthen financial controls and partner with teams across the businessEssentialQualified or part-qualified accountant (QBE will be considered)Strong management accounting experienceConfident owning and shaping the finance functionExcellent reporting, analytical, and communication skillsOrganised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
