Senior Commercial Broker Location: Hybrid (UK-based) Salary: £60,000 + performance-related bonuses Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Senior Commercial Broker to join a progressive and growing insurance team. This senior-level position offers a mix of client relationship management and new business development, with the benefit of an existing book of commercial clients and the chance to further grow your own portfolio across the UK and EU/EEA markets. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys autonomy, values strong client relationships, and thrives on both service excellence and business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and service an existing book of commercial clients, ranging from SMEs to large corporates. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through outstanding service and advice. Grow the book through: Cross-selling opportunities and new business development. Developing insurer facilities across the UK and EU/EEA. Enhancing existing schemes and targeting new markets. Operate within regulatory and compliance frameworks. Collaborate and support fellow team members to ensure a high-quality service across the board. What We''re Looking For 7+ years'' experience in General Commercial Insurance. 3+ years'' experience in generating and placing new commercial business.
