There is an opportunity for a Live-in position which will come with a one bedroom accommodation and living expenses paid with a salary of 35,000. There is consideration on a non-live in basis with a salary range of 45,000 to 50,000 depending on experience levels. In order to qualify for this position whether on a live in or live out basis all applicants must have held a similar position previously and have a strong proven track record and history of leading, managing and motivating a small team of staff. You would be responsible for the on-site staff, overseeing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring that all services and activities are carried out efficiently, meeting the standards and requirements of the company. Must be assertive, organised and excellent at managing relationships between staff, residents, contractors and managing agent. Must have excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills.
