Expleo is looking to hire a Technical Support Engineer on behalf of our prestigious customer based in the Warwickshire area. This is a contract role initially for 12 months. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize test and development plans for vehicles and rigs. Define prototype vehicle specifications and oversee builds. Implement camouflage strategies for prototypes. Maintain and update prototype fleets (hardware/software). Manage end-of-life processes for prototype assets (resale, recycling, reuse). Required Skills: Strong planning mindset and understanding of test methodologies. Knowledge of vehicle systems and full product lifecycle. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to present technical data and influence decisions. Experience in cross-functional environments and problem resolution. Preferred Experience: Background in New Product Introduction and vehicle testing. Engineering industry experience (automotive or similar). Familiarity with Primavera P6 is a plus. Education: Degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in engineering or related field.
