Direct message the job poster from Architecture SocialA forward-thinking architectural studio is seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join their London team to work on two large scale high rise housing projects in London.You will take an active role in the technical delivery of the project, working closely with the Technical Director consultants, and client to ensure the project meets the highest design and technical standards.The practice works in ArchiCAD, although training is provided for candidates with proficiency in Revit and looking to upskill. Prior UK residential project experience is essential.RequirementsMasters degree in Architecture or equivalent (Part II qualification)Experience working through Stages 3-5 of a UK residential projectStrong design and presentation skills, with a compelling portfolioExcellent communication and collaborative working abilitiesProficiency in ArchiCAD preferred; Revit candidates also consideredKnowledge of UK building regulations and planning processesA proactive and positive approach to problem-solvingMust have the right to work in the UK visa sponsorship is not availableWhats on OfferJoin a design-led practice with a clear social mission, where innovation and purpose drive every project.
