Join to apply for the Finance Business Partner role at Academy Transformation Trust. This is a Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) for 37 hours per week, All Year Round. Role is home-based with travel to Head Office and occasional travel to academies. Start Date: November 2025.

Responsibilities

Support central operational activities across the Trust with month-end requirements to assist the Finance Business Partner Team.

Oversee day-to-day management of the educational finance teams to ensure the Trust has accurate financial reporting of educational budgets across each academy.

Maintain a strong control environment over educational spend.

Act as a key liaison with the academy Principals on staffing requirements.

Continue to drive the implementation of ICFP throughout the Trust.

Requirements / Qualifications

Experience in educational finance or a closely related field

Ability to work across multiple sites and travel as required

Strong financial reporting, budgeting and control skills
