The successful TelesalesAdvisor will provide an excellent service to new and existing customers, making outbound calls, and receiving incoming calls dealing with customer queries regarding orders and products. You will be speaking to an existing client base and maximising opportunities to up-sell whilst managing customer expectations. Working closely with the field sales team, you will develop new business accounts whilst providing an excellent level of service. RequirementsThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Previous experience within a sales or telesales role. Good IT skills with experience of MS Office Excellent telephone manner Strong written and verbal communication skills Good time management and the ability to prioritise workload Confident, professional and resilientLive within a commutable distance to the depot in PooleBenefitsIn return we are offering: Basic salary of 24,375 per year ( 12.50 per hour), with the potential to earn up to an additional 3,000 in commission. No weekends - Monday to Friday 9am -5pm. 28 days holiday including 3 Bank Holidays (Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day). Lo
