Trusted by leading brands including Foot Locker, Fred Perry, and Hotel Chocolat, they partner with global enterprises in delivering a measurable impact.They are now seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to take ownership of securing complex renewals and building long-term partnerships across a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients. This senior, highly commercial role requires an enterprise sales specialist with proven success in navigating competitive RFP scenarios, driving growth, and winning high-value deals.This exciting role offers the opportunity to influence commercial strategy and work with some of the world’s most recognised brands.This is a hybrid opportunity with 1-2 days per week in their London office.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy for all renewals within the portfolio, from initial risk assessment through to final contract executionCollaborate with internal teams to drive success across renewals processesAct as the lead negotiator on all commercial, legal, and procurement discussionsBuild in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, client businesses, and the wider retail marketUtilise an established network to build and maintain key account relationships

The Successful Candidate

10+ years experience in strategic account management or customer success of renewals experience is requiredMust have experience working on enterprise-level renewalsExperience managing the full renewals process is essentialMust be from a MarTech, eCommerce, or Retail Tech backgroundCommutable to London 1-2 times per week
