About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and optimise warehouse operations across multiple sites in the UK and the Netherlands.This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving performance, consistency, and continuous improvement across three warehouse locations. Key Responsibilities Operations and Leadership Work closely with warehouse managers and team leaders to ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day logistics operations Oversee warehouse processes and procedures across UK and Netherlands sites Provide operational support across departments where required Act as operational lead during peak demand or periods of absence Drive consistency in standards, best practices, and team performance Performance and Continuous Improvement Monitor performance against KPIs and agreed targets Identify cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements Review and enhance warehouse processes and workflows Lead reporting and target-setting across all locations Embed a strong continuous improvement culture Health, Safety and Compliance Take ownership of health and safety compliance across all sites Ensure
