* 3:1 support for a young person with mental health needs in a private residence
* Delivering consistent 1:1 person-centred care within a structured team approach
* 12-hour day and night shifts (continuous rota - full commitment required)
* Supporting emotional well-being, daily routines, and independence
* Assisting with de-escalation and managing challenging behaviours calmly
* Working closely with other professionals involved in the care package
* Maintaining a safe, supportive, and stable environment
