Are you a motivated and proactive Presales Consultant looking to join a fast-growing team? We’re recruiting for a Technical Presales Consultant where you will collaborate with sales and technical teams to shape tailored solutions based on client needs.As a Technical Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for:Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops to understand customer challenges and requirementsHelp design and propose solutions that align with business objectivesSupport pre-sales tasks including proposal development, RFP responses etc.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution alignmentContribute to ongoing improvement of pre-sales practicesBuild strong relationships with customers, offering guidance and best practicesTechnical requirements
Broad understanding of IT services including Cloud, Data Centre, Cyber Security, and Data ProtectionMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role with proven ability to conduct technical discovery callsProven ability to connect technical solutions with business challengesExcellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindsetHow to apply
