Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE + Commission
We’re looking for an
Account Director
to join a thriving West London marketing agency. You’ll be the driving force behind key client accounts, leading strategy, delivering results, and ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading client accounts and acting as the main point of contact
Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies
Planning, executing, optimising and reporting on SEO and Paid search campaigns through available search marketing platforms
(e.g. Google Search, Bing, YouTube, Display etc)
Overseeing campaigns across
Google Ads, SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social
Analysing performance, optimise campaigns, and reporting on ROI
Collaborating with creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns
Supporting the growth of junior team members
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a
marketing agency environment
Advanced knowledge of
Paid Search and Paid Social
Experience in Ecommerce including Google Shopping
Strong expertise in
Google Ads and SEO
Confident client-facing skills – able to build trust and deliver results
A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
