Based at their Liverpool Street Office, they have an need for an experienced bookkeeper, to cover a variety of accounting activities, and to support the Finance Director.Your main activities as the Bookkeeper will include:Various Financial Administration tasks, supporting the FDTo undertake various book keeping duties, including suppliers, purchase ledger duties and payment runs, and balance sheet reconciliationsBookkeeping to Trial BalanceManage the petty cashCarry out daily bank, cash and credit card reconciliationsAssist in the quarterly VAT returnsAssist and carry-out the month-end processAssist in the year-end processesCarry out any other financial administration tasks as requiredTo be responsible for managing the stock/inventory records and the fixed asset registerUndertake projects as directed by the Director of Finance and OperationsGenerate reports as requiredCarry out other general administration tasks as requiredEssential skills for the BookkeeperAvailable at short notice to start this role (ideally to start by end of October)Be able to offer recent UK experience, ideally from
