Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate site activities for highways maintenance and improvement projects. Ensure works are carried out safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Act as the main point of contact on-site, liaising with clients, engineers, and the wider project team. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and report any issues or delays. Requirements: Previous experience supervising highways or civil engineering works. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Good understanding of highways maintenance standards and safety practices. SMSTS or SSSTS and relevant tickets (e.g., NRSWA, CSCS).
