People plan in place and being delivered to achieve key strategic objectives including: Inclusion and Diversity, resource and skill planning, support of YVOS action planning across the OU/EFEffective governance in place for key people activities and sharing of "best practice" around HR/People activities.Coach and develop team to build succession for the HR function.Clear visibility of resource and skills requirements and plans in place to ensure low levels of vacancies.Embedding ''Learn Fast'' adoption across OU / EFEnsuring PDR / goal plan / development plan completion.Enabling development of ER competence amongst line managers.Appropriate level of employee voluntary turnover.Strong and diverse succession with active talent development plans in place for key roles.Strong understanding of trends and data correlations which lead to actionable insights.Proven delivery in the core areas of generalist HR at senior level along with CIPD qualification.Proven experience of championing and improving Inclusion and Diversity.Management of business and people change.Forecasting and planning.Strong commercial and business understanding.A thorough and up to date knowledge of employment law, and experience of practical application.Track record of building credible relationships at all levels.Resilient - able to face challenges proactively.Strong interpersonal skills with the right balance of empathy and rigour.Qualifications / Requirements
