This role is perfect for someone who can sell, close deals, and create engaging marketing content that builds brand awareness and drives business growth. The position is sales-focused (75%) with a marketing element (25%). You ll be responsible for generating new business, identifying opportunities, and managing digital marketing activities that increase customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Sales (75%) - Generate new business leads and convert them into active customers. - Identify new market openings and develop relationships with corporate clients, schools, and community groups. - Meet and exceed realistic sales targets and revenue goals. - Develop tailored proposals and promotional packages to drive bookings and repeat visits. - Represent the business at networking events, exhibitions, and local business functions. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and performance data. Marketing (25%) - Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content (especially on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok). - Understand and apply social media algorithms to boost visibility and engagement. - Support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and special promotions
