Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out servicing, mechanical and electrical repairs, and preventative maintenance on customer vehicles.Diagnose faults and complete repairs in compliance with company standards and legislative requirements.Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and documentation to the required standard.Ensure work is completed to the highest quality, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.Communicate vehicle status effectively through the appropriate channels - including escalation, foreman, service reception, and directly with customers.Deliver excellent customer service by dealing with all customers promptly, efficiently, and courteously.Stay up to date with the latest vehicle technologies, DVSA inspection standards, MOT legislation changes, and working practices.Service and repair electric vehicles (full training provided where required).
