Joining this forward-thinking, in-house Local Authority legal team, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to take on a varied caseload to include: Complex ASB possession workInjunction and contempt proceedingsHousing disrepairGeneral civil mattersDebt recoveryCommercial leasehold advice The client also requires the successful applicant to attend Court approximately once a week.
