As a Sales Executive – Cards and Payments Solutions , you’ll play a key role in driving growth across Europe by selling FIS’s market-leading core banking platforms to enterprise-level financial institutions. You’ll work closely with senior decision-makers to understand their transformation goals and position FIS as a strategic partner in their digital journey.What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the full sales cycle for

Cards and Payment solutions

across banks in Europe.Building and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship development.Engaging with

C-level stakeholders

(CIO, CTO, COO, Heads of Digital/IT) to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.Collaborating with internal product, pre-sales, and delivery teams to shape compelling proposals and RFP responses.Representing FIS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads.Meeting and exceeding annual sales targets and contributing to the broader success of the EMEA Banking team.What You’ll Need

Proven track record in enterprise software sales , ideally within

Card issuing, Payments

, or financial services technology .Strong understanding of the banking technology landscape , including legacy transformation and cloud-native platforms.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience selling into European markets and navigating complex, multi-country sales cycles.Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.Added Bonus If You Have

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in European banking.Multilingual capabilities (especially in German, French, or Spanish).What We Offer You
