Technical Platform Lead/n8n andamp; AI Automation/is required by a well-established technology innovation company to join their Agentic AI solutions group and take ownership of their n8n-based automation ecosystem. Responsibilities Designing, building, and managing sandbox and production n8n environments, ensuring correct infrastructure and scalability. Owning and executing platform operations to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement. Leading a pilot programme for platform usage, adoption, and outcomes. Creating, growing, and engaging a multi-channel community, including developing training materials and enablement content. Supporting and mentoring a team of consultants, driving adoption and best practices across the team. Required Experience Extensive experience in a hands-on Technical Platform Lead role Extensive experience with n8n Experience deploying n8n on Kubernetes Platform operations management, including monitoring, scaling, and reliability Experience with Agentic AI systems
