The Role As a Building Services Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias), you will be responsible for maintaining a high-end retail shopping centre environment. You will undertake both scheduled planned preventative maintenance and reactive works, ensuring all systems remain compliant, safe, and fully operational. While this is a mechanically biased role, the successful candidate will be expected to have a basic understanding of electrical building services systems and be comfortable carrying out first-line fault identification where required.
