We are excited to be working on behalf of a client with an immediate need for an experienced Accounts Administrator to support their well established team. The business is looking for someone who can hit the ground running. This will be a temporary permanent opportunity so please only apply if you are immediately available or on a short notice period.Duties/Responsibilities: Setting up new customers and suppliersinvestigate and resolve supplier invoice queriesMatching up supplier deliveries and invoicesDealing with any delivery schedules and notesInvoice processingReconciliation of supplier statementsSupport month-end and year-end processesEnsure all invoices are processedEnsure queries are resolved to facilitate accurate financial reportingCredit control dutiesProduce sales and purchase month end reports using ExcelAny other General Admin duties as and when required Eligibility Criteria: Min 2+ years experience working as part of a busy finance teamMust have excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with suppliersPractical knowledge of computerised accounts packagesProcessing high volume of invoices and QueriesHigh level of expertise in use of Microsoft ExcelHave strong communication and organisational skills,Have ability to work effectively under pressureAbility to multi-task, manage deadlines and workloadStrong planning and time managementGood numeracy skillsMust have a Keen eye for detail Office hours are Monday Friday 8.30am 16.30pmPay Rate £
