We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join one of our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within our facility. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. The Forklift Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout the warehouse. We have fixed AM, PM and Night Shifts Available for these ongoing roles. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport goods within the warehouse. Load and unload materials from lorries, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using a Warehouse Management System. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying the accuracy of shipments. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure safe operation. Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and efficiency within the warehouse. Skills In date counterbalance license Proven history of driving a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Proficient in materials handling techniques and best practices.
