Assembly Operative - Permanent Location: Watton Salary: £12.21 per hour About the Role We re looking for a hands-on and reliable Production Operative to join our friendly and hard-working team. You ll be an essential part of our manufacturing process, contributing to the production of specialist components used across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities Carrying out mechanical assembly tasks with care and precision Performing hydrostatic (pressure) testing in line with company standards Preparing heating elements for assembly and installation Supporting the production process by preparing materials (e.g. masking and demasking of painted items) Cleaning and finishing completed products to ensure quality standards are met Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment at all times Supporting the wider production team as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations You ll be expected to carry out your duties with commitment and a keen eye for detail. Occasionally, you may be asked to assist with other reasonable tasks to support the smooth running of the business.
