An opportunity has opened up for a Senior QS to join our clients growing team, working on Social Housing contracts across Greater Manchester.DescriptionLead commercial management of social housing contracts from tender through to final accountEnsure projects are delivered within budget, with risk effectively managed and opportunities maximisedCollaborate with operational teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain relationshipsPrepare and manage monthly valuations, cost reports and forecastingSupport and mentor junior members of the commercial teamProfileProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior levelStrong background in Social Housing - refurbishment or maintenance contractsExcellent commercial awareness and negotiation skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentDegree-qualified in Quantity SurveyingJob OfferCirca 70,000 annual salary 5,000 car allowanceMinimum of 5% annual bonus25 days annual leave + BH and option to buyCompetitive pension schemeFlexible agile working
