Manage the Building Construction and Residential Team within Pinnacle, including a mix of Permanent and Temporary consultants.Lead a team to achieve high performance and grow Pinnacle Recruitment to the next level.Demonstrate a successful track record of headhunting staff and managing a desk within Building or Residential management.Operate as a professional headhunter with a proven desk in Construction or Residential sectors.Drive the team towards hitting targets and developing strategic, smart working techniques to increase billings.Qualifications

Experience managing within Construction or Residential Recruitment Desk.Proven track record of leading a team and being a successful biller within Residential and Construction Industries.Experience headhunting staff and managing within Building or Residential management.What We Offer
