Front of house team leader
As the FOH team leader, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experiences by helping to manage daily operations, leading service staff, and handling customer queries. Key duties include maintaining high service standards, and ensuring safety/hygiene compliance. Working proactively with the Management team you will act as a bridge between management and the wider team to ensure, smooth, efficient service to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience: Greeting guests, managing reservations, and resolving complaints promptly.Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and motivating FOH staff Operational Control: Coordinating service flow, managing rotas, and ensuring compliance with safety/food hygiene regulations.Performance Management: Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, and maintaining high service standards.Communication: Acting as a liaison between the front of house and kitchen/back of house staff.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience: Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferableLeadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team.Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills.Organization: Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.Compliance: Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Role RequirementsAged 18+ (for alcohol service).Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
