Services Administrator (Connections Input)

Role Description:Reporting to the Connections Input Services Team Leader providing day to day administrative support to Connections Input Services team to ensure regulatory compliance with our current license obligations under SLC15 and the Competition in Connections Code of Practice.
Main Details:
Working Hours: 8:35 - 16:45
Working Week: Monday to Friday
Site Location: Castleford (WF10)
Duration: 6 Months FTC
Hourly Rate: £12.60
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing PoC Applications & Design Submissions
• Authorisations of non-contestable projects to Connections Delivery and other relevant departments.
• General email and telephone queries relating to Competition in Connections
• Supporting the CIS Team Leader with day-to-day operational activities
• General administration duties
Skills/Main Competencies:
- Strong IT skills including Word and Excel
- Customer service experience
- Organisational skills to achieve deadlines
- Quality and accuracy skills
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
Essential Qualifications:
- GCSE qualifications – including English and Math
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Administration and Business qualifications
- IT skills and experience with using Microsoft packages, including Microsoft word and excel.
- Customer services experience both externally and internally.
- Administration and data inputting to a high level of accuracy.
- Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
