We are representing a large well known organisation who are looking to hire a Financial Controller for a 9 month contract in the Broughton area.If you are interested in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or engineering you will be working with one of the world''s leading organisations in this space.Responsibilities will include: Drive the annual budget and quarterly forecast process across all business units, ensuring robust financial planning and consistency with company financial objectives Contribute, working closely with the local business / operational managers, in defining / proposing the list of improvement projects Manage the provision of financial reporting Challenge operational performance and support / advise management in achieving their targets by driving improvement measures and mitigation actions on all financial topics Participate in the assessment of business cases / proposals Financial controlling activity in the categories: Recurring Cost, Inventory, Non-Recurring Cost and Capex Jigs / Tools (on request) About you:Ideally you will be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA), with good experience in business partnering, forecasting and variance analysis.Ideally you will have worked in a manufacturing or commercial environment in a management accounting or business partnering role.You will have good knowledge and experience in SAP or equivalent financial reporting toolsYou will have strong communication skills to liaise both internally and with external clientsYou will
