What you''ll be doing Safely manage all aspects of the civil engineering works; with a particular emphasis on reinforced concrete construction. Support the Project Manager in coordinating the operations with other activities. Supervise and mentor subordinates to ensure high levels of engineering control and appropriate records are maintained during the construction, with emphasis on defect avoidance and zero defects at completion. Reporting progress and performance of the civil engineering operations in regular construction team meetings.
