Customer Service Executive Birmingham City Centre £25,000 - £30,000 Per AnnumHours: 12pm-8pm or 2pm-10pm (Mon-Fri)Key Duties:Central customer support role handling inbound calls, queries, deliveries, returns, and order issuesOwn customer cases end to end, working with warehouse and sales teams to resolve problems quicklyPre and post-sales activityMake outbound calls to re-engage lapsed customers, support key accounts, and promote productsMaintain accurate CRM and sales records, assist with reporting, and support daily adminVet and qualify new customer accounts; identify leads for Business DevelopmentMaintain high call-answer rates and ensure all enquiries are responded toIdeal Candidate:Strong communicator with excellent organisation and attention to detailConfident in a fast-paced B2B environmentProactive, commercially aware, and comfortable with outbound callingCalm under pressure and committed to delivering excellent customer service
