LocationBloomsbury Square, London, United KingdomLocation:Central London (Hybrid – 4 days/week onsite)Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-border payments initiatives involving FX, compliance, and international flows.Design solutions for liquidity pooling, intraday optimization, and agile provisioning.Ability to Research emerging payment technologies:Stablecoins, CBDCs, tokenized assets, digital walletsCreate presentations and diagrams for senior stakeholders.Drive agile delivery across teams and ensure alignment across business, tech, and compliance.Build trusted relationships and ensure delivery assurance.Strong knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, CHAPS, RTGS, ISO 20022.Familiarity with digital assets and DeFi protocols.Ability to model liquidity flows and optimize treasury operations.Excellent communication and strategic thinking.Basic understanding of APIs, system integration, and cloud-native architectures.
