We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to provide strategic leadership at a major recycling and reuse centre in West London. This senior role oversees around 40 staff, contractors, and managers, with responsibility for a £4 million budget and operational integration into a wider £52 million service. The postholder will be accountable for site safety, compliance, financial management, and service performance, acting as the senior lead on operations and regulatory engagement. You will manage operational managers, drive efficiency and innovation, and lead change programmes, including digital transformation, sustainability initiatives, and circular economy pilots.Responsibilities
