HR Business Partner (Employee Relations Focus)Charity sector London / Hybrid - Immediate start - 6 - 9 months FTCI am supporting a values-led charity to recruit an experienced interim HR Business Partner with a strong focus on Employee Relations.This role will initially concentrate on managing complex ER casework and strengthening ER practice across the organisation. After the first six months, it will evolve into a broader HR Business Partner role, supporting strategic people initiatives. The roleYou will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing pragmatic, legally sound guidance on employee relations matters. Key responsibilities include:Managing complex ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, absence and conductLeading and overseeing investigations, ensuring fairness and legal complianceCoaching managers to build confidence and capability in people managementOverseeing ER casework delivered by an outsourced HR providerSupporting HR projects and organisational change initiatives, including restructures, TUPE and workforce planningDeputising for senior People and Culture leadership when requiredAbout youI am keen to speak with HR professionals who offer:Strong HR generalist experience, ideally at HR Business Partner or senior advisory levelIn-depth knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practiceProven experience handling complex and sensitive ER mattersConfidence in influencing and challenging senior stakeholdersCIPD qualification or
